Kim and Beth offer a variety of workshops and programs to help youth, adults, families, and teachers develop the skills to successfully manage obstacles and embrace opportunities.

Mindfulness

Learn how to reduce stress, promote wellbeing and improve academic performance with mindfulness and other social learning tools.

Test Stress Solutions

This interactive workshop that introduces parents and youth to a variety of  educational strategies and neuroscience-based practices to help teens (and parents) feel less stressed and better able to demonstrate their true potential both inside and outside the classroom.

Mindful Parenting

This 8-week psycho-educational and practice-oriented group is designed for parents seeking to learn the skills to create a calmer, more peaceful family culture

Weekly Sits

Learn to quiet your mind, tune into your senses and be present to what’s happening moment by moment instead of getting lost in the storyline of your thoughts. Through mindfulness exercises and meditation instruction you will gain a clearer awareness of your thoughts and emotions.

Learning To Breathe

A mindfulness-based curriculum designed to strengthen attention and emotion regulation, expand the repertoire of stress management skills, and help participants integrate mindfulness into daily life.

Mindful Book Club

Interested in learning new strategies to nurture your child's developing mind? We will explore everyday parent struggles and create individualized plans to help your family thrive as we read together The Whole-Brain Child by Daniel J. Siegel, MD, and Tina Payne Bryson.
