Mindful Parenting Tips

July 16, 2018

Mindful Parenting And Teaching Allows Us To Bring A Special Kind Of Awareness And Attention To Our Children That Helps Us React Less and Connect More!  Here Are Some Tips.....

1. Show Positive Attention To Demonstrate Warmth And Interest, and Help Your Child Feel Secure and Valued

2. When We Pay Attention On Purpose, We Listen, And Create A Supportive Space For Our Children To Share Their Feelings

3. Create More Space To Spend Time Together In The Present Moment,

To Rest, To Create, To Read,

To Connect, To Be Together, To Be In Nature, And To Enjoy Life

4. When In Conversation With Your Child, Be Curious, Be Accepting. Accept What You Hear Them Say Is Different Than Accepting What They Are Saying As True.  Mindful Listening Is Simply Listening Without Judgement
