Healthy Minds Project and Learning Consultants have joined together to offer this interactive workshop that introduces parents and youth to a variety of  educational strategies and neuroscience-based practices to help teens (and parents) feel less stressed and better able to demonstrate their true potential both inside and outside the classroom.

Interested in learning new strategies to nurture your child's developing mind? In October we will explore everyday parent struggles and create individualized plans to help your family thrive as we read together The Whole-Brain Child by Daniel J. Siegel, MD, neuropsychiatrist and parenting expert Tina Payne Bryson. This book explores the new science of how a child’s brain is wired and how it matures.
